5 1 2 Weeks Pregnant And Constant Cramps

I'm 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and I've had constant cramps since before I missed my period. No bleeding or spotting, just cramps. Sometime they are very, very dull cramps, sometimes they are stronger. Does anyone know if this means I'll miscarry? Do I have to have bleeding with cramps to miscarry? Also, I've had these cramps (like I'm about to get my period) the entire time. Is that a good sign?
