5 Weeks Pregnant Cramping Bleeding And No Fetal Heartbeat

about 2 weeks ago i went to my first obgyn appoinment and the doctor coud see the yolk sac but no embryo, then 4 days ago i started bleeding so i went to the er and they could find the sac but no embyro once again, so the next day i went to my doctor and we found the embryo, but no heartbeat, the doctor is running test, i still feel pregnant, nausea, headaches, but im really scared, has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

It could be too early to have a heartbeat. I have read that it is not until after 6 weeks that the heart beat is there to beat. Some have taken longer. I have read many stories where even at 7 and 8 weeks no heartbeet yet and then suddenly the next time it was there. Just be patient.
