8 Weeks Pregnant With No Heartbeat

I just went into my Dr for my first prenatal check-up and he did a vag u/s he said the baby looked to him to be 7 weeks but no heartbeat he sent me to the hosp for another u/s and there they also did a vagl one but they said the baby looked to be 7 3/4 weeks but still no heartbeat :O(
My dr wants me to have a D&C like now but I want to wait for another 2 weeks, it seems to me that if my baby was right on track maybe just maybe they could be wronge...what are the chances of that???? If anyone knows of a good outcome PLEASE let me know.

Opps I am sorry I forgot to say I am 8 weeks pregnant.

Dont be negative about the situation. God works in mysterious ways and you just never know. I would wait it out and let nature take its course. I will have you in my thoughts and prayers! But you need to be positive and try not to stress, it is not good for you or the baby.

a quickie update, I went intot he ob a week later and foudn out that the baby was now down to 6 weeks in size ( I should of been 9 weeks) I also found out I was going to have twins. I went in for a D&C on Aug 31 ( yesterday) and I am feeling fine..the heart aches but I am ok.
