Abnormal Yolk Sac Formation

Hi,
I had my first prenatal visit today. I'm 6.2 weeks and the heart beat is present. However, my doctor said the yolk sac is not a perfect circle. She said she does not know what that means....possible indication of a miscarriage. She recommended I come back for another ultra sound in 2 weeks. Has any one experience this and what was the out come?
