Essential Thrombocythemia And Fibroids

I have just been diagnosed with ET (bone marrow disorder with high platelet count) and I also have a uterus the size of 18 week pregancy due to fibroids. Is there anyone out there with this situation? i would like to become pregnat but the complications seem grave. Thank you.
