12 weeks pregnant today and experiencing a severe pain right where my uterus is, smack dab in the middle, its a throbbing pain that goes on and off sometimes, and hurts not so bad and then hurts really bad. I herd the babys heart at 10 weeks. If i was having a tubal pregnancy would we have herd it? or is there no heartbeat at all when having a tubal? if its not a tubal, what else could this pain be?
