Had delayed development for first 5-6 wks, but 2 weeks ago received the OK from the dr. that fetal development was much improved (had substantial growth and normal heartbeat). Started spotting on Tues and went for an u/s - found even more growth and even stronger heartbeat, but amniotic cavity is very small (hasn't grown much since last week). Am concerned as continued spotting brown on Wed and Thurs and then some red spotting yesterday and today (light flow). I have mild cramps but nothing worse than regular menstrual symptoms. Trying to remain cautiously optimistic.....
