Low Lycor And Placenta Previa

My Gynea has told me that the I have low amount of lycor and this is hampering the development of the baby, I also suffer from placenta previa marginal stage. I am 37½ weeks pregant and will have to go in for a ceasar on the 3rd May by which time I will be 38½ weeks what are the dangers involved in this condition and what will happen if I try go full term.
