Besides the terrible emotional pain of my miscarriage, I also experienced the worse physical pain of my life (so far) which was completly unexpected when I opted for natually expelling my deceased 7wk old baby. It started with menstral-like cramping, sure, that I expected with a little spotting. A day or two later, it elevated to excrutiating pain and a lot of blood, and many tears for a total of 4 hours and a couple more hours of pain the next day. The emotional pain ontop of that made this the worse couple days of my life. Now everyting is better, a day later, but I don't know if everyone is told of this terrible, traumatic experience, so I hope this is useful to somebody.
