Please Help A S Ap I Need An Answer

I am a month and a half. I was pregnant before and know what it feels like to miscarry. But this now will be my first baby and i am spotting gray-red blood no clots, little gray dots but not a clot. I also have cramps but not like when i miscarried, like i have my period. I just wanted to know if that was normal or if i should worry?? Im going to the doctor i just need answers first asap
