I just had my left tube removed and had my first period since the removal. How do I know which side I am ovulating from? I know I can only get pregnant from the right side so we are trying to plan. Doc gave us a year to get preg and have a baby if we wanted one.

I have one tube, i think i am pregnant now.So it will happen just keep the faith. i don't know how to tell which side ovulates. My right one is gone to.
