Sick And Close To Delivery

I was wondering if anyone had some advice for me. I have terrible congestion and a sore throat. no fever, probaly just allergies. I am 37 weeks pregnant now- and I am worried that i may be sick when baby arrives (not including during labor). Don't really know what to do? Any suggestions?
