I woke up lastnight with this unbearable pain in the right side of my stomach .. but no where's else ... it hurt so bad I could barely walk, I was just in tears... the baby has moved around some today, is there reason to be concerned since there is no bleeding or what should I do ?!

Stephanie you should contact your doc either way and talk to them about it...chances are it was some muscles stretching...I wake up..and have that during the day...where it hurts really bad, but after a few minutes of walking around a little hunched over it usually goes away...how far along are you anyways?...good luck and call your doc...no bleeding is a very good sign..

I called the dr today & he told me that as long as there was no bleeding or pain during urination then things should be okay...if I wanted to go get it checked it was up to me, but as long as there was no spotting then he didn't see a problem..so I'm praying he's right

I'm telling ya pregnancy is a funny thing...this is my 3rd, and I dont remember any of these aches and pains with my first two...and I'm only 27 so I know it's not age..lol...I guess your body just goes through some changes as you get older...he's probably right...unless you are still concerned with ectopic pregnancy or something like that it is probably just your muscles stretching...good luck
