I am in my 25th week and whenever I walk for more than a few minutes I get lower abdominal pain. Even just walking around the grocery store. My stomach tightens and I get sharp pains. Should I be concerned?

I had that too, cramping all through my first preg. Turned out I was in pre-labour for days before I delivered prematurely at 34 weeks. Baby was normal and healthy though, thank goodness. Good luck to you!

I am 25 weeks pregnant and I am experiencing the same symptoms. If I sit too long at work or walk for any lenght of time my stomach tightens up and I get some pain. My doctor said this is a sign that I am over doing it and it may be time to stop working. He said if I were having contractions (real ones) I would know it. Good Luck!

I am 25 weeks and I too get cramps when i am walking for too long. I've also got a constant pain in my left rib. I have been told that i am doing to much and to allow myself time to put my feet up. Doc isn't worried about the pain. Good luck and put your feet up more often!

Had theat happen all the time when I was pregnant. Breathe through it and wait for the muscles to relax. Often the pain is on one side? Too common - bear with it like the rest of us!

I started getting sharp rib pains at around 22 weeks. It's always on my right side. The nurses don't know how to help it. Now I am 25 weeks. It is very painful; all I can do is just lie down.
