I had a miscarriage a week ago, and have had the worst lower back pain I have ever felt the past couple days. Could this mean anything bad?

I just experienced my 1st & hopefully last miscarriage. I currently have 2 children . I have strong cramps & back pain - what a horrible family.
This is normal - hang in there. I have heard of all the emotional pain that is a__sociated with a miscarriage but the physical pain is the worst. The pain is just like labor pains. Hang in there!
