why did the dr.say my babys head is bigger than its whole body and want me to come in twice a week but didnt seem concerned?

Early on in pregnancy the baby's head is about half the size of the baby and then the rest of the baby grows more so the head gets proportionately smaller. Maybe its just got a big brain.

Your baby may have developed hydrocephalus- "fluid on the brain" Ask your doctor to fully explain the situation- Thats what s/he is being payed for. Write down any questions that you wish to ask the doctor before your visit so you will not forget.
