i am about 6 weeks pregnant and started having implantation bleeding, but am also cramping alot. is this normal and how long should this last

From my understanding implantation bleeding happens about two weeks after conception. So, I don't think that is what you are experiencing. Cramps in early pregnancy seem to be normal from what I have read on this forum. You may want to call your doctor just to get his opinion.
