hello, i know nobody hasn't posted on here in a long while but i just wanted to know on how u ladies were doing. i was diagnosed with aps after my second m/c (third preg) and i wanted to know how well the medications works. i guess by now u ladies should've already had ur babies for those who were preg again. i hope all turned out good so maybe there's still hope for me. let me know how things went. thanks.

I also have the syndrome- as does my sister. Although I tried to get my doctors attention during my first pregnancy, they didn't test until after my baby was born 5 weeks early with IUGR. The good news is, she's a perfectly healthy two year old girl now. I'm now 11 weeks pregnant with number 2 and was on aspirin therapy prior to getting pregnant and am now doing the shots like you. I had an ultrasound around the same time and was freaked out because they sent me over to another radiologist to do a "viability check"-- everything was fine, its just really hard to tell at such an early stage. So I'm sure things will go well for you. My sister has three healthy kids and did heparin for the last of her two pregnancies. She had had two miscarriages before being diagnosed with APS as well. Although all of the kids in our family have been about a month early, they've all been healthy (save for a little jaundice and on the small side). Good luck.
