I'm 12 wks pregnant tody and this morning we had our 2nd doctor appt. We heard the heartbeat and the doc. said everyhing sounded good but It sounded slow to me. I don't know exact nucmbers but it sounded like maybe 2 beats per second. Is this normal? My doc refusues to even talk about miscarriage possiblities. She just says we don't talk about it and we don't worry about it. If it happens it's a blessing in disguise. That's what she told us at our first appt.Then after the heartbeat I asked if this meant we were pretty much out of the woods and she just said, we don't worry about it and we don't even talk about it. So I think if something weren't quite right I don't thnik she'd even tell us. I think she'd just sort of keep quiet and wait and see. She told us to come back in 4 weeks for our netxt appt. and sent us on our way. Should I be worrying about this or am I being a little crazy. This is my first pregnancyso I'm new at this.
