I went 2 days ago (Thursday) to the er. They got a positive urine test and blood test. My HCG levels were 28, told me to come back today (Saturday) to have HCG retested. My levels today were 21. They estimate me to be about 5 weeks today. They are telling me I'm more than likely miscarrying. Up until the hospital, I hadn't had a single positive at home test. Including the hospitals 4, I've now had 10 positive all together. I didn't ovulate until 3 weeks ago and they're basing my 5 weeks due to my last period. Saw nothing of ultrasound but fluid building and they said I was too early to see on ultrasound. Everyone is shocked I have 0 other miscarriage symptoms. Is there any way I could not be having a miscarriage?? Maybe I'm not as far along as they think? They said to go back in a week to OBGYN for another test.
