Hi, I'm so glad I've found you guys, I also have law hcg level and my doc thinks is ectopic pregnancy. I had and ivf and on 12 after transfer my hcg level was 29, at 14 day 69 and 17 days 207 I also have a little brown staining and i'm woried to death. It is more the doubling but he still thinks is too low. In a week i'm having some sort of special sonogram to check if this is ectopic pregnancy.

It is this action that stimulates the beginning of the contractions that will lead to birth. The effects on a woman due to raised levels of progesterone can include any or all of the following: Constipation Heartburn Runny and irritable nose Eyesight problems (blurring or headaches) Increased kidney infection risk. So my levels went from 28, to 440 in 5 days. I have to go for another test tomorrow to make sure that it keeps rising. I did the calculations and if it had just doubled every 2 days like it was supposed to, then it would have only been around 120 or so. I am hoping that this is good news. Can anyone put some of my fears to rest? Now its going to be more waiting until the last (hopefully) test is done tomorrow.

i am only 15 and i have missed my period it is 5 days late. i went to the doctor yesterday they did a blood test and said it was less than 1 but she said she she wanted to retest me in five days if my period doesnt start. she didnt say if there was any chance of pregnancy but if you can help i would appreciate it.

kkp they say anyting lower than a 5 is neg so hopfully your not good luck

kkp - I hope your results are neg - please ask the doctor for birth control pills and please use a condom - s_xually transmitted disease can go undected in women - and can do serious damage to your reproductive organs and can make you unable to have children later on when you want them - Please be careful you are very young - Please let us know what happens.

I am having a miscarriage and i am in a lot of pain how long does this last.

Dawn, I read your reply on June 20, 2005, 15:58, how are you feeling and when do you go to the dr. again? my levels were sun.77 and Tue. 80, the Dr prepared me, but I just don't know what to think or how to feel about it, i'm worried, I don't go back till Wed. next week.

Elizabeth, I am so sorry - but from what I have read they need to do more then just two blood test - request another make it atleast 3 day from the last one - I have to go back tomorrow - I still do not know if this will be a viable pregnancy - I have been bleeding - but I do not have any pain - all I can do is pray that this will work out.

I'am going through something similiar except this is all new to me and am very scared of the whole process. I have had a tubaligation almost 4 years ago.I go to the doctor to get checked because of abdominl cramps and he runs a preg test and it came back positive.However I have not missed a period but my Hcg level was 36 which he thought was low.He suggested it may be a tubal preg since the ultrasound was not showing anything.I go back in 10 days for another US and some lab work.I'am very frightened of the thought because I read that 40-50 women die each year due to eptopic pregnancy. I think 10 days is a long time to wait to find out, what if it ruptures?This is all I can think about is the risk.I should be used to it after having 4 miscarriages but not from eptopic though.So keep me in your prayers and I will do the same for all of you.

hi im sorry to hear about that im haveing the same problem i go every 48 hours for blood work my hcg number is only at 700 and i should be 6-7 weeks pregnant my first pregnacy was normal and very well and now this i go tomarrow for an ultrasound and more tests maybe some one could help me understand.

Just wanted to let everyone know that they could not find anything in the uterus - I already knew - I did not have any symptoms since last Friday - especially my tongue - It was tingling from the hormones - and it had competely stopped last Friday - now I just wait for the river of red to start getting much worse and I have been told to expect cramps - maybe worse the normal. Just what I f---ing need right. I pray that everything works out for all of you - and remember just because your hcg number starts out low does not mean you will miscarry as long as they keep doubling every 48 - 72 hrs it should be fine - I will check in on this site in a few days and update.
