is dull achy cramping in the abdomen a sign of miscarriage? it also feels like it is going to my upper legs and hips, sometimes in my lower back. i was just wondering i am about 10 weeks and i dont go back to dr until next Mon. i havent had any bleeding or spotting at all. just cramping

I'm not exactly sure b/c I didn't have any symptoms, but did you try to call your dr? That's what I'd do- it sounds scary enough to deserve concern (meaning that they shouldn't be annoyed if you call- nto that they should be anyway.)
