No Heart Beat At 7 Weeks And Was Bleeding

i went to my doc and he said that there was no heart beat and that he wouldnt be suprise if i lost the baby but when i was bleeding i didnt have cramping and no blood clots. i go back to the doc today but if this happen to some one can u help me please.
