Please Help 14 Weeks Bleeding And Passing Clots

I'm around 14 weeks. 5 days ago, I woke up in a small puddle of blood, few hours later it turned dark brown, few hours later, passed 2 solid black weird thick stringy clots. Spotted brown for 2 days, went away. Went to ER, got an ultrasound, showed healthy 14ish week baby, 161 heartbeat, kicking and waving. But my "gestational sac is bleeding some" ... been trying for 5 days to see my Dr.. but she's too booked for me for another WEEK !! Spoke with her nurse today to tell her its urgent !! Today, a little more brown blood. No pain, very very little cramping, tenderness. . I had a miscarriage and D & C about 8 months ago. Have one healthy 2 year old, no complications in that pregnancy whatsoever. . If i have to wait another week to see her, I'll pull my hair out. I want real answers. Does anyone out there have ANY insight to this situation ???? Research only scares me more.. I understand that only time will tell, but in the meantime, the wait is killing me and I'm just curious if anyone else has ever experienced this and what the outcome was. Oh and I'll add, the ER dr did a pelvic exam and my cervix was closed, but raw and irritated. He said the bleeding appeared to have stopped for the time being. Also, I know people don't believe me, only being 14 weeks, but I'm absolutely positive that every night since this started on Friday (today is Tuesday) I can feel the baby in the middle of the night when I wake up to pee, she/he is up very high right under my belly button !! I'm of course very gentle, but I feel a ball of pressure move up and protrude outward. I feel it gently and its a big hard oval that moves ! After a bit, it completely goes away and my tummy is hollow again.. So I'm positive that this baby is moving up and down quite a bit, very high and strong for only 14 weeks !! How can he/she have so much moving room this early, I thought it was more contained than that ?! Also, the ultrasound showed the baby side to side. which is why the oval is longways on my belly. Is it normal to be so high up this early ?
