I took 2 home pregnancy tests and both came back positive. i started spotting later that evening after i had taken the 2nd pregnancy tests earlier that morning. i've been bleeding ever since and the next day after i started bleeding i felt sick and was running a temp. was i ever pregnant at all or did i have a miscarriage?

Well, if you took both pregnancy tests around the time that your cycle was due, it could very well be implantation bleeding. From what I know of it, it's pretty common and not at all dangerous. I would contact your doctor immediately anyway just to be on the safe side. The bleeding may or may not be a problem, but regardless, anytime you're pregnant or think that you may be pregnant, you should contact your OB if you have a fever. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Hope this helps!
