I do my tubal cut and cauterize 6 years a go Im 1week late with my period can I be pregnat?

I had a tubal 3 yrs. ago. Now my husband and I are trying again,. Is this possible

I had a tubal ligation in 2001 i am now 26 years old and i am having all the symptons that i am pregnant i had 1/8 of a inch cut out do you think that i could be pregnant?

i had a tubal liagation reversal done on aug 30/05 they fixed my right tube but i lost my left ovary and tube to a cyst in the operation.just wondering if this is going to slow my chances for a pregnancy...hope someone out there has this situation or know's someone that got pregnant after this type of surgery!!!

after reading what most of you have wrote really gives me hope. I got my tubal 2004 and am getting a divorce, now my boyfriend and i are thinking of having a baby he excepts mine as is and says it does not matter but i would like to give him a baby. right now i have my period but i am hopeful. wish me luck, and for those of you who are judgemental i had my tubes tied because my husband is a jerk and i fell out of love with right before i found i was peg. with our second and didnt want anymore with him but felt i had to stay for the kids.

To Nicole: I had my tubes tied in '03 and had a tubal pregnancy in May of '05. In May the doctor had to remove my left tube as it was almost ruptured with a 12 week old baby in it. He left my overy and I still have my right tube and overy. He said my chances are 1 in 500 now without my left tube. ??? I don't know if this is accurate or not. I guess it seems kinda high chances. If I were you...I would have my husband get a vasectomy also. After the ordeal I went through in May...my husband felt so guilty that he didn't get a vasectomy. No one should ever have to feel that kind of guilt. :) Take Care!

To Marie, Marie...just unsure by reading your note... you do realize that if you get pregnant with your tubes tied..that the baby will not survive and your tube could rupture and end up killing you? This is what happened to me and I was already bleeding internally with a 12 week baby in my tube. I went through emergency surgery. It is a very dangerous situation. If you want to have a baby with your new husband...you will need to have a tubal reversal. Maybe you are already aware of this. Good Luck!

ive been steralised 3 yrs ago after c-section they cut my tubes and cauterized my ovaries im wanting to try for another baby is it possible to conceive natrually and if not could ivf be an option?

yes u can get pregnant after a reversal i had one done in 95 and in 97 i had a healthy baby boy and in 98 another boy .in99 i had another tubal done .now i have symptoms of being pregnant again ..i really dont mind but i am scared at the same time .all my results keep coming back inconclusive and no explanation for it. i still get my period but not the same .yet i got my period for my first till i was 4 mths.my b___st are very tender and my stomach is getting big plus all the symtoms that come with it .i know i have 6 kids in total if this happened to any one else please respond

this will be long sorry ok i'm a mother of 2 kids 3 year old son and 2 year old daughter i had a tubel after my daughter was born now 3 weeks ago i throw up in the evening because i could'nt stand the smell of my daughters pamper in the trash can when i opened it (i throw up with my son only 1 time while pregnant and never while pregnant with my daughter) i'm a stay at home mom so i run behind my kids every day and don't pay attention to myself so for the past few months i was'nt paying myself any mind until the little throw up thing in the kitchen that got me to wondering and thinking back and i've had all the signs when i think back over the last 3 months of being pregnant and they are really extra tired i'm talking needing 2 cups of coffee just to make it through the day even though i still nap when the kids nap i still wake up tired wanting extra food i'm talking eating 11 12 at night when i said something to my cousin she said it was because i was happy using the bathroom way to much i only go alot when i'm in my water gaining period before i get my monthly moody i feel like my b___sts are heavy and the feeling dizzy when i first stand up or sit up now hears the good part ever since the throw up thing in my kitchen i've been feeling movement in my lower stomach area right where my pelvic bone in that area i'm talking flutters like i felt with my son when i was around 3 to 4 months with him my pelvis (sp) area is some what hard theres a area that feels harder than the other meaning when i push one side down by where my tubes should be i feel a hard mess but not on the other side directly accross from it some times this ma__s is on one side of my uterus than the other sometimes if i lay in the bed i feel a ridge (meaning round bump in my pelvis area) now when i'm standing up and i place my hand on my uterus/pelvic area my stomach pushes into my hand meaning it's round down there not flat and i can't remember if it should be flat all the way down there or if i should feel a pouch plus it's really hard when i push that area while standing when i pull up the extra skin i have from having my other to kids i can see the pouch area now i've had my period the last 3 months even though i had my tubes tied i still try to write down when it comes and goes here are the dates i wrote down in april i came on on 4-18/4-23 the 21st and 22 where both light days than off completely on the 23rd in may i came on 5-15/5-21 the 20th was a light day and the 21st i was completly off my flow slowed down before it should have i did'nt get my 2 light days just 1 light day in june i came on 6-12/6-17 i got my 2 light days that month on 16th and 17th now july i spotted on the 8th (i remember it starting off brown and since my tubel i start off heavy and fast never light) was flowing on 7-9 until 7-15 i was on a total of 8 days when i usually only have 6 days total heavy and light i also spotted the last 2 days which tells me my flow was'nt normal since i spotted the first day now august i came on 8-8 i did'nt write down how long i was on i due remember not being heavy at all and using 1 tampon and 4 to 5 overnight pads when i usually use a whole lot more while on my flow my flow would be so heavy i'd have on a tampon and pad and still leak so this period was way off i also have light cramping off and on since last month like i'm about to start my period i gave the april month so you could see how they differ from april till now i'm due for another period in the next 2 weeks i have taken a total of 3 pg tests and had one be positive (which was the first morning pee) but this was after it sit for like 2 hours when i saw it looked like it would be negtative i cleaned up and left the bathroom and did'nt come back till 2 hours later now when i took the test the day before it stayed negative my cousin saw this positive test and said the line was 2 faint to be sure so i took the test again and that one was negative (this was the pee after the positive test i took i drove all the way to her house so she could read it ) the other 2 where negative am i going nuts at first i was thinking i had some type of pelvic tumer or cancer but if i did it should'nt be moving i was told that the flutters could be gas and the hardness could be me having to due number 2 but i seem to be going number 2 on the regular since looking at how my period is flowing i could be 3 to 4 months along is that possible? i due have a appointment with a new doc on the 30th this month which i'll have her feel around till than

Just wanted to let everyone know that I made the trip to Mexico and had the reversal done... I would recommend it to anyone. the trip, and the time were well worth it. Tanya - Congrats ands Good Luck in TTC!! That is wonderful that you have nothing but positive things to say about your trip to Dr. Perez. Did you drive or fly? I hope you don't mind me asking a few questions. Are registered on Dr. Perez' forum? That's where I spend most of my time! If you drove how far did you travel from? We are planning on going to Dr. Perez for our reversal in March! And we are planning to drive, we are from Kansas. Anyways CONGRATS!!!!
