Severe Morning Sickness Cause Pain

I am 8 weeks pregnant and have been severely sick. Tonight after throwing up 3 times within an hour I got a pain under my right breast. It isn't constant. It peaks when moving certain ways. Feels like a cramp pain almost. Sharp and tight. When I hunch over it feels like it squeezes. Pain goes away but it becomes tighter. Could I have pulled a muscle vomiting or is this cause for.concern?
