I am 6w 3d pregnant i had my 3rd internal u/s the last one a week ago there was no heart beat after a week i had anuther scan and we found a heartbeat and growth but heartbeat is slow im booked back in for a fourth scan in 10days they didnt give me bpm im worried sick has anyone got any thing possative to help me plzzzzzzz
