Vegetarian Extremely Thin Pregnant And Nauseous

I am 5'10" and weigh appr. 110-115 lbs. (I have always had a low weight--since birth). During this first month of pregnancy, I am extremely nauseous and can't keep anything down. I can't afford to lose weight. I am 22 years old. I miscarried last year. What can I do to keep the food in my stomach? What about vitamins--will they help keep nutrients in my body? Any specific kind? I felt a little faint in the shower last night. Can you offer advise--my husband and I will appreciate same. I had lazer surgery this year for endometriosis, and in the past I have had low blood sugar.

Hi there miss I really think you should speak to your ob-gyn their is a good chance if you cant hold down food you may become anemic and really ill in the mean time try fresh ginger root soaked in tea or water

I too am having a hard time keeping anything down. My grandmother told me even if you only keep it down for two minutes it will help the baby. I have found that grilled cheese and pb&j seem to be easy on me. I keep them down. You might want to talk to your doctor.
