Want A Baby But Have Genital Warts

In the future I would like to have a baby but I have had genital warts for six years now. Since then I have had protected s_x so it wouldn't spread but now I want a child but don't want to tell my partner about the virus. PLEASE HELPPP!!!!

My husband wanted a baby bad enough to be willing to get it. If he isn't willing to get it, but wants a child, maybe use another way to get pregnant without s_x. I've seen kits in stores, without IVF.
