Hi, A few months ago my wife had a miscarriage, the month following she became pregnant again and again miscarried (on the same day as the previous time). The month after that she was pregnant again and yesterday we went for the first scan and everything looks fine. The pregnancy is now 10 weeks on. We both went through the same feelings as you in that we thought that there must be something wrong to have two m/c's in a row. However speaking with Doctors, midwives etc. it appears that multiple m/c's doesn't necessarily mean that a) there is something wrong with you or your partner b) that you will m/c again. In our case the docs put the two previous ones down to 'rotten bad luck' Sorry for going on but I just wanted you to know that it doesn't follow that because you had two previous m/c's, this pregnancy will end the same way. This time my wife and I are taking each day as it comes and not really worrying about all the things that can go wrong! as there isn't really any point and stress can't be any good for mother or baby.
