Diet Pills Fat Burners

I just recently gave birth to my second child 6 weeks ago. Although I know it takes time to "recover", is it ok to start taking diet pills. And if so, are there any success stories with certain diet pills/fat burners.

I always shy away from things that sound too good to be true. I always ask myself --is this something you are willing to do for the rest of your life. If you use pills, once you go off you risk gaining it all back and your metabolism may be slower. The best way to lose weight is to cut out most junk and fast food. Try to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean meat. And most importantly EXERCISE. A little exercise goes a long way.

I use trimspa, and no matter how irritating the commercials are - it really does seem to work.

Trim-spa is the best because it helps you control your appet_te. You should definitely work out though. Even just walking on a treadmill at an incline for 30 minutes 5 times a week will speed up weight loss so much. Another thing that helped me are protein shakes. Wal-Mart has a brand that is $11 and if you have a couple shakes a day, you can make sure you get enough protein which is SO important if you want to maintain your muscle and keep your metabolism up. I lost 20lbs doing this.
