Hi ladies ... After 3 hours of pushing... I'm left with a new surprise. Any ideas on how to heal hemroids and how long they usually last for???

Yes, the surprises keep on coming :) You can try Tucks, Prep H, Aloe Vera (highest concentration you can get), sitz baths (with epsom salts). Also, really up the fibre in your diet...Metamusil works great (tastes like c___p though)..the last thing you want with hemorrhoids is to become constipated. I had them for 10 straight months after my first daughter. Now 12 wks pp with # 2 they returned with a vengence and NOTHING helped them. I ended up having to go to my docs and getting them lanced. It hurts and it sucks but it does work. Hopefully yours will go away before you need to take that route. GL
