Losing Pregnancy Pouch Ideas

Hello, I had a baby about 6 months ago and don't really have any weight to lose anymore. However, I do have that pouch left and I don't know how to get rid of it. Can anyone recommend any particular exercises or exercise videos to tone up? I would appreciate any suggestions! Thanks

I was just at a website that looked really interesting. They say you have to really work the transverse abdominal muscles. Anyway, there is a DVD and a book at this site and lots of good information. I haven't tried any of it, so I can't tell you it works, but I might. I'm only 2 weeks post partum so I can't start now anyways. But the website is exerciseafterpregnancy.com.
