I'm usually on these types of boards offering help since I have expeirienced PPD a couple of years ago but since i just gave birth to my 3rd baby I'm afraid it has come back yesterday for the first time in a long time I just cried and felt so horribly alone and I remembered the last time I felt like that I thought I was going crazy because nothing felt the same anymore i felt so alone and so terrified and nothing helped it lasted for about 1 year and after I was diagnosed with major depression and anxiety disorder.My whole world had changed in one day.And i've never really felt the same since my bout with ppd it had gotten easier and all but now that fear has come back again and I feel totally alone.
