Not Sure What Is Happening

I had my baby on September 10th. I am nursing so I haven't gotten af yet. I just feel strange. I have had dizzy spells over the past few days and, pardon me TMI, yesterday I wiped and had a thick clear discharge. It was the consistency of a blood clot but totally clear. My first panicked thought was that I was pregnant again. Has anyone else has dizziness or the discharge without the af? It is amazing how easy it is to ask gross questions when you don't have to look someone in the face. lol Thanks
