Have any of you ever done the family planning method? We want to wait a few more months to try for number 2 and I don't want to be on bc, so I'm thinking of monitoring my temperature. This may be a silly question, but where do I take my temperature? Do I take it va___ally? Do I need a special thermometer? I know I need to take it at the same time everymorning. Thank you for any help you can offer.

You take it orally. It's your whole body temp that changes.
