i had my baby 2 months 1 week ago & I started taking birth control (Yaz) about a month ago. I took the last "actual" pill saturday night & i still haven't had my period yet. (i had not started my periods yet before going on the pill) and i was just wondering if that means anything like i could be pregnant again? or if it could still be hormones or something else. I don't know! help me!!!!!

It is quite early to get your period, even if you are not b___stfeeding (you didn't say). It could take. Yes, your hormones are definately still not back to normal yet. It could take 4-6 months to get your period, and this is totally normal. I think it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. Doing a pregnancy test may give you a false positive since you have recently given birth. Enjoy your baby and good luck.

I am on Yaz. My son will be 8 weeks old this week. I have been taking yaz for 16 days now and I just got my first period.. and I will get it again when I get to the white pills. I will have 2 periods this month.. A lot of women do not get their first periods until a while after birth but I do think the pill should have brought it on. You might want to call your dr. Good Luck.
