I am 4 weeks postpartum and I have had a rash for the past two to three weeks on my lower abdomen over some of my stretch marks. The rash is raised welts and itches like the devil. I have read about PUPP, but I only find it as as rash that begins during pregnancy. Any ideas? Should I call my doctor?
