I had a cesarean a year ago and still it hurts the scar tissue.

I didn't have a c-section but I did have an episiotomy almost 8 months ago and it is still quite painful! My doctor says it shouldn't still hurt but doesn't seem concerned about it. Just curious what you doctor had to say about pregnancy related scar tissue?
