31 Weeks Eliptical Machine And Leg Weights

Hi - just wondering if anyone knows whether an eliptical machine is too bouncy at 31 weeks? And also, do weights that simulate squats pose any danger (I'm careful not to squish her!!!) Thanks!

Hi! I am 30 weeks and spend about 35-45 min a day on the Eliptical trainer with mild resistance. The only thing I noticed is that I am beginning to get painless, just annoying, braxton hicks contractions (my whole stomach just gets really hard... like it could burst..for a couple minutes at a time) after about 15/20 minutes. I'd say just listen to your body. Keep it us as long as you can, becasue I remember the last month being especially difficult.
