Ok so... at my college we have some oddball classes in the gym. everything from tae kwan do, to bellydancing.
Now I heard that bellydancing is good for the baby while in utero. I am looking for a hobbie or something to do while pregnant. (last time I wrote stories and such)
And I was wondering what everyone thought?
It's exercise and low impact.. which is good right? so should i do it?

I have heard belly dancing is a great exercise while pregnant, I danced prior to pgncy but unfortunately I had to quit in my first trimester because I ran short of breath and got dizzy. I miss it so much. I hope you will have better luck, enjoy!

oh it's great exercise! I've been bellydancing for 8 years now (obsessively - many cla__ses per week and now teaching etc) and now that I'm pregnant I intend to keep on doing it.
It gives you a unique connection to your pregnant belly :)
