What are the benefits of exercise during pregnancy?

Keeps you healthy and active. Helps with excessive wieght gain. I have also heard many nurses say those who exercise regularly have an easier time delevering than those who don't. It's hard for me to get my arse out to the eliptical or treadmil, but I try to go at least 2x a week. They a 30 minute walk/day should keep you healthy.
