Hi ladies I gave birth(c-section) in 11 weeks back(10 Dec 07), now after 6weeks I started exercising and afteer an exercise i would feel these funny cramps and my legs would feel loose on the joints and later would start spotting. In this case when can I start or should I first see my GP or not I'm scared now to stt again but I do keep myself bussy with cleaning and nursing my Nunu. Now I'm so worried oz my work keeps me sitted all day helpdesk so I could put on some wait whilst in the edge of loosing some wait I'm also br___t feeding which keeps me so hungry all the time.
