Booty And Thighs

I feel like my thighs have really put on some weight since becoming pregnant. I'm only 14 weeks along and little worried that this is going to continue. I typically work out somewhat regularly, but have been so tired that lately I'm lucky to get to the gym once a week and take 30-45 minute walks a few times a week as well. Additionally, but booty is changing too. Any tips on how to keep these two areas under control and somewhat in shape??

Your thighs are going to put on weight, so are your hips, your stomach, your b___sts, and your b___t and there's nothing you can do about it if you want to have a baby. And at 14 weeks it is more than likely that it is baby weight, so don't worry so much about it! Very soon (if you haven't started to already) you will be getting baby bump. And you are *supposed* to be getting too tired to do your usual workout right now as well... your baby is telling you that you need to slow down. Very soon you won't even be able to take a 30-45 minute power walk without getting worn out as well. Everything you've got is going into the baby... take it easy on the little tyke. ;) It's not like you shouldn't exercise at all, but you also shouldn't be pushing yourself or worrying about the weight gain that is just going to happen if you want to have a healthy baby.

You'll regain some of your energy after 16 weeks. Walking for exercise is great. Pilates and Yoga are also great for toning. Look up some pregnancy pilates/yoga poses you can do. I've done them for years and through one pregnancy already (and I only gained 22 pounds the first time and have gained 10 pounds through 28 weeks this second time). My body was back to almost the exact same 1 month pp b/c of these exercises.
