Dimples Can I Start Exercising Now

Hi
Im 26+ wks pregnant and pre-pregancy was healthy and exercised 3 times a week.
But since ive been pregnant ive not excersed at all and have pigged put and am now beginning to regret it!
My skin tone is awful and i have terrible cellulite on my hips, legs and bum which i never had before i feel so ugly and disgusting.
Can i do anything to improve this - can i do toning exercises will it help or have i gone to far?

I don't think that it is ever too late to do something. Walking is always a safe excercise option, and you can control your own pace to suit your needs. I also read that toning with weights is OK as long as you are only trying to maintain, instead of build muscles. It has something to do with your ligaments and everything softening up in preparation for birth - it puts you at a higher risk for injury. And on top of that, you can check with your doctor- most are supportive, because a healthier body manages labor better. Good luck!
