AT all really and haven't for weeks. I'm 17 weeks and exhausted every night after work. I've gained 10 pounds total. I don't feel huge yet, but I miss exercising. I just don't have energy or gumption. Anyone else like me?

I'm the same way...I'm 13 weeks (well 14 weeks tomorrow) and I am exhausted every night. What I do have that I've been doing when Ithink of it, is a thighmaster that I do while watching TV at night. Just 5 reps of 10 and on the weekends my husband and I take walks through the neighborhood. That's my lazy girl workout. Hope it helps!

Can you walk to work or take public transportation? If you can park further away, and take a 20 minute walk before & after, to & from, it might help your energy level. I'm just at week 8-9, but I'm finding that lately I feel more energetic after exercise, which I never did before getting pregnant. Anyway, it's worth a try.

I would recommend getting a pre-natal yoga DVD and trying to do it at home. They keep you fit, but are relaxing more than strenuous. I liked Crunch Yoga Mama and ZenMama with Rainbeau Mars best. They always made me feel a ton better when I was pregnant, and I'm sure that is what was responsible for me never having any back pain and not having much swelling in my feet or legs when I was pregnant.

I don't feel like it either but feel so guilty that I am not. I really don't exercise but I do try to walk every other day. It's hard to get the motivation but I always feel better and more energetic afterwards. What little exercise I do is done in front of the TV. I am 16 weeks now and though I am still physically tired I am able to stay awake later so more energy is on the way!!

I am 13 weeks, and i try to walk every day for 30 min and lift some weights.. Recently i have been losing my energy too. But as soon as i get on the treadmill my energy comes back.. im just surprised i have enough energy to do that.
