I origonally posted this in the symptoms forum. No wonder I didn't get many responses.....Anyway, I take a pilates class once a week that lasts one hour. Much of the class is an intensive stomach workout. Dh does not want me to do much of anything while we are ttc in case I squish the potential fertilized egg or zygote and cause an early m/c. But I feel better if I go to the class. I also do outdoor activites on the weekend involving rock-climbing type activites (rapelling and climbing rope and some crawling through small areas). How much is too much????? Is there any type of excercise that is better for ttc????? DH is really bugging me to find out more because he really does not want me doing much of anything while we are at this critical time (2ww). Thanks for any help!!!
