What are some good exercises to keep the mother and child in good healthy shape during pregnancy?
I am currently taking a pre-natal vitamin should I be taking something else as well?

Yoga, walking, water exercises, if you have done it before - weight training - but VERY light weights, jogging - if you ran before the pregnancy, pilates, and low impact aerobics. Check with your doctor first, drink lots of water, listen to your body, and don't over-do it.
