I am not allowed to go in public places (doctors orders due to rubella outbreak) I would love any ideas you guys have for exercises that you can do at home. I am 25 weeks and getting a little bored with my routine. In case someone else is in the same boat, here are my daily exercises: Stairs( i jog up them and walk down them), free weights for arms, back etc. Various yoga type exercises for core strengthening and push ups, but not on the ground, leaning up against the wall. I would really appreciate it, I want to keep exercising since I am feeling good, dont want to lose motivation because of getting bored. Thanks!

melissa, u r doing good, keep it up, if u got bored with th same routine u can try something new, there r few exercice in the book what to expect while expecting , just suggestion, but i really dont want to be left with xtra pounds after delivery and want to go back to size 4,workouts keep u fresh and active, thats what makes me go, good luck!

What about exercise videos? I do step & aerobics tapes at home when it's cold or too hot outside. Or we have an exercise bike but that bores me.

I bought a dvd called Yoga Mama by Crunch. It's about 40 minutes long, I like it, and I got mine at Borders book store.
